    "Send Mail" option in the Specialist console does not send attachments

    Previously, in the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), once the mail output server was configured and the Direct Send option was activated, when sending an email with an attachment, an error was generated and the mail was not sent.

    A setting has been made in the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), now when sending an email with an attachment from a case and the Direct Send parameter is activated, the email is sent correctly.
