Adjustment is made in the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), when filling in the stages of the changes, the Duration, Start Date, and End Date fields will be displayed. The final date will be calculated from the duration and the initial date filled out will be calculated taking into account the calendar assigned to the case.
Once the 4 stages of the change have been completed, the button for collision detection will be enabled, which verifies the configured dates of the change that is being edited in relation to the changes already saved and validates that the dates of the stages do not match, taking into account project, service, category and CI.
If collisions are found, the system will inform you with the closest dates where the stages of the change in editing do not generate conflicts with the changes already saved.
If the suggested dates are rejected, the dates of the stages of the change in editing will be maintained. If the suggested dates are accepted, the stages of the change will take the proposed values.
⚐ Note: The start and end dates of each of the stages are added to the case history.
