Update is performed in the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist). From now on, when a case has an associated IC in the “Customer Information”, this will automatically be included as the primary IQ in the “Relationships”. It is important to note the following:

• It will not be possible to delete the primary CI from the “Relationships” tab.
• The primary CI will always be visible, no matter what filter has been set.
