    Error opening console to create client.

    CASE PM-36105-19-201080:

    Previously, when trying to create a customer within a case (new or edited) or when creating a new customer or company, the admin console would not open correctly and the user would be redirected to the login screen.

    This error was occasional; when processing the authentication token sent to the Admin Console, it would fail to process the session to be created and redirect the user to the Console Login.


    A setting was made in the Administration console (ASMSAdministrator); Adjusted the logic that processes the authentication token sent from the Specialist console to the Admin console, which allows you to view the customer and company creation forms.

    The implemented setting allows the submitted token to be processed correctly and to be able to log in to the Admin console.
