Previously, in the ASMSSpecialist, was identified during the template search in the quick management section, templates associated with services that were not in the operational stage were displayed, allowing cases to be created with the service.

Adjustment is made in the search for quick management templates. Service templates that are not in operational status will now be excluded from search results.
