Previously, on the console ASMSSpecialist, when you open two or more cases in the same state and navigate between them from the Open cases, the case description was not updated correctly. Consequently, in the second case the same description as the first is displayed.

An adjustment has been made. Now, when navigating between one or more cases from the Open cases, the descriptions will update correctly.
