Previously, when sending an email from the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), the Tags of fields corresponding to Date and Time were sent according to the time zone of the server, so different data was displayed in the mail and in the console.

Made an adjustment to the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist), now when sending an email from the case, the tags of the Date and Time fields are sent according to the time zone of the user sending the email, so the same values will be displayed in the console and in the email.

⚐ Note: If the user sending the email does not have a defined time zone, the tags will be sent according to the time zone of the server, so there is the possibility that different data may be displayed in the console and in the email.
