CASE PM-25356

Adjustment is made in the specialist console (ASMSspecialist) with the calculation of the progress on the plate of the case and in the Time and Costs tab, currently the calculation is done synchronously. Corrects inconsistency with the calculation of the estimated date in the configured times; now the calculation is made exactly according to the date of registration of the case.
