Previously, having the “Activate the service filter in case creation” filter active resulted in a delay in the search for customers.
Made an adjustment to the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist), when performing the customer search and having the service filter active, will bring up the results of the customers associated with the service.
⚐ Note: If you have the customer-company filter active in case creation, the search will display the users associated with the company of your choice.
