    CASE PM-48174-19-201429:

    Previously, when creating or editing a case and searching for a category to associate, in the category list view, it was allowed to select categories that are inactive in the service.

    Made an adjustment to the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist), when associating a category with a case, the categories that are inactive in the service are not displayed in the list view of categories to be associated with the case.
