Previously, in the ASMSSpecialist, when editing a case, it was possible to create Tasks in a state Solved.
A change has been made. Now, through the Setting BlockTaskSolution, configured from the Administrator console, in the Settings/ServiceDesk, you can restrict the creation of tasks in this state.
Note: The SQL file for creating the setting BlockTaskSolution, is available for download in the case reported from the service desk.
