Previously, the case approval process had high response times when the approval result led to a final state and consequently, to the closure of the case. During closure, history, times, additional fields, and approvals were transferred record by record, and the number of operations on the database grew in proportion to the amount of information associated with the case. In configurations with a large number of additional fields, this operation concentrated virtually all of the processing time.

Case closure is optimized so that the transfer of history, times, additional fields, and approvals is carried out through bulk operations. With this adjustment, the number of operations on the database is significantly reduced and no longer dependent on the number of additional fields configured, thus maintaining stable response times for the approval process.
