How to activate Direct Boot mode
1. Restart the device: The device must have a recent reboot process.
2. Validate the status of the mode Direct Boot:
- From the console, send a test command; The administrator must send a test command (other than management in Direct Boot mode), such as a text message.
- Navigate to the Activities section in the console: the command should be displayed as “Sent” and “Received”, but “Not executed”. This confirms that Direct Boot mode is active.

3.Execute management action: Once the status is confirmed, send the final command in direct boot mode (Unlink, Wipe or Reset Password). The system will send it and it will run successfully. If you have other queued commands, they will be processed after the device is unlocked.
