In the information view of the AEMM Starter Console, you will be able to display Actions (Commands). The actions correspond to commands that are sent to the device so that it in turn executes them and reports the result to the Aranda ENTERPRISE MOBILE MANNAGEMENT AEMM server.
The available actions change according to the device platform, namely:
Android

Remote control
1. Request a remote control session on the device from the AEMM console.

2. This action arrives on the device and prompts the user to enable the Accessibility service.

3. Enable the Accessibility Service to grant Full Remote Control.


4. Click the Start Now button.

5. By initiating the remote control from the AEMM console, you will be able to have full control of the device.

6. In the AEMM console you can modify two settings in the Settings, Mobile, Remote Support section, where you will have the following options to request the remote control:
- Request confirmation on mobile device before signing in.
- Request password on mobile device before logging in.

7. The command arrives on the device and asks for confirmation before starting the remote control session.

8. On the device you will be able to display a Token to enter it on the console and perform the remote control.

9. Enter the Token in the AEMM console to perform the remote control.

10. Remote control has started on the device.

11. The request to enable access is different on Samsung devices with generic AEMM Agent; First enter the Installed Applications section, like this:

12. Log in to Aranda AEMM

13. Click the swipe button to enable accessibility.

14. Click Allow to grant full control of the phone to AEMM.

15. Click OK.

16. Click Start Now to start the remote.

17. Remote control has started on the device.

Case for Samsung Devices in Accessibility
18. If accessibility is blocked as shown in the following image, please note the following considerations:

19. Under System Settings, select the Applications option and search for the ArandaEMM app.

20. In the top menu, in the policy information, select the three dots….

21. Click on the Allow restricted settings option.

22. Return to the Accessibility option and repeat steps 12 through 15 to start the remote.
