General Settings
The General Manager, from the AEMM Web Console, in the Configuration From the main menu, you can configure the following cross-sectional modules:
1. Set Up Mail Servers
In this module of Aranda Common you can configure an organization mail provider. From this server, notifications will be sent to users, alerts, creation of management projects, among other system messages.

2. Directory Service
In this module of Aranda Common you can configure the connection to one or more existing business directories, as well as synchronization to keep employee information updated in the AEMM console.

Similarly, the administrator will be able to configure reCAPTCHA (v2 or v3), a security mechanism that is implemented to protect the site.

3. External authentication
In this module of Aranda Common you can configure user authentication by redirecting to an external identity provider, which will be responsible for validating the credentials and notifying the application about the status of said validation.
In this option, the administrator can configure the third-party providers for both the AEMM Web Console and the Agents on devices ↪.

Similarly, the administrator will be able to customize the login to the AEMM console, through the configuration of external providers, activating or deactivating the option to access the console through external providers.

4. Licensing
Configuring management licenses is essential to delimit the scope of users who have access to the application and control the licenses assigned to the linking of devices.
