This option must be configured if you want to track the voice and/or data consumption of a mobile device and to make use of the set of spending rules. Next:

Go to the Devices tab and select the option Consumption Management within the EMM menu and click New Plan.

Enter the requested data and click on Save.

⚐ Note: Please note that, depending on the billing cut-off date selected, there may be an adjustment in consumption, as some months do not have days from the 29th to the 31st. In those cases, it will be used on the last day of each month.

Exceptions

To create a consumption exception, this can be done in several ways:

• Searching for the device number via the Search option, sorting at a time by patron or owner

• The other option is to select a group of numbers or devices by uploading a CSV file with the list of devices to which you want to perform the exception and then click the Save.
