Remote Support
In this section you can configure the options for remote control sessions to devices:
| Fields | Description |

| Request confirmation on mobile device before signing in: | When this box is checked, the session will request confirmation from the device user to start. |
| Request password on mobile device before logging in: | When this box is checked, a 6-digit numerical code will be generated on the device when logging in that will have to be typed correctly in the console to effectively start the session. |
Check or uncheck the boxes as required and then click “Save”.
