Policies can be applied to users, user groups, or device groups in an active state and belong to the same platform with which the policy was configured.

For the policy to be applied correctly, the policy must be approved.

Associated devices

The devices tab displays the mobiles that have the policy associated with them. Whenever a policy is applied, the request is initially in a pending state and switches to the current version when the mobile receives and applies it. If changes are made to the policy and the version is not updated to the devices that have it applied, the version is downgraded. Within the list of associated devices it is possible to carry out sorting and searching.

The device displays a summary of the policy applied, indicating: the device name, type, operating system and version, policy name along with its version, policy status, and compliance.
