↩ Device Inventory/Remote Control Actions

In the Remote Control action of a device you will have the following functions available:

Remote Control Recording

At the time of recording, the resolution will be adjusted according to the size of the viewfinder window.

⚐ Remote Control Configuration To obtain a remote control log, make the following settings:

1. Inside the C:\ProgramFiles\Aranda\ADM Utils A file with the name Aranda.AVS.Viewer.exe.Config Open it with a text editor.
2. In the file, the line: "<add key="logLevel" value="Information" />" change or modify by "<add key="logLevel" value="Debug" />"
3. Run remote control from the ADM console. Immediately a file should be created in the path: C:\ProgramData\Aranda\Aranda.AVS.Viewer.Application\RemoteControl.log

Remote Control Audit

This feature allows events logged when taking remote control to be visible in the Event Log section. Existing records can be searched, sorted, and exported. Events are logged when requesting, starting, or ending remote control, accepting or denying the request, and starting or stopping recording.

• When performing different events when taking Remote Control, all events performed in the option are displayed. Event Log

  

• When taking the Remote Control action, all events performed are detailed in the content with Date and Time, Permissions, User, Event, Source Machine, and Destination Machine. In the same way, when exporting the file in Excel or PDF format, the content of the information can be viewed clearly and correctly.
