    Event Log

    Check Events

    1. To filter and sort the information you want to view for events, go to the Settings view of the ADM Management Console in the ADM from the main menu select the option Event Log and Console Activity.

ADM Event Log: This feature allows events logged in the ADM console to be visible in the Event Log section.

    2. You can query the event log by permission, user, or event and export the information.

    Device Removal Audit

    1. When the action is executed Remove Devices from the ADM console, the system automatically logs the corresponding audit events in the ADM Event Log, giving full traceability to the deletion process, regardless of the agent’s operating system (Windows, Linux or Mac).

    2. For each device removed, three consecutive events are recorded, one for each process state:

    State Description
Deletion started The device removal process starts from the console.
Device marked for deletion The device is marked for deletion while the task is being processed in the worker.
Device successfully removed The device was successfully removed and no longer appears in the inventory.

    3. Each event includes in the column Event The detail of the affected device: DeviceId, HardwareHash, Name (device name) and the State corresponding to that step of the process. This detail can be consulted by hovering over the truncated text of the column.

Note: All three events in the same deletion process share the same DeviceId and HardwareHash, allowing you to identify the complete sequence for a specific device.

    Evento en estado "Deletion started"

Evento en estado "Device marked for deletion"

Evento en estado "Device successfully removed"
