    Visualization with CMDB 8 AND CMDB 9 (Traditional Model)

    1. In the Inventory Device Detail View, select the CI where you can upload the information from the CIs (Configuration Items) to the CMDB. An IC refers to any component or device that must be managed to ensure the provision of the service.

    2. If you do not have any mapped fields, you will be able to see a watermark indicating that the mapping fields must be configured or that the CI must be updated to bring the updated information.


    3. In the device details, in the Actions, click the action Update CI .

    4. In the confirmation options, click Accept. The CI tab enables updated information for software CI fields previously configured in the CMDB. You will be able to see a success message when the query has been successful.



    Visualization with CMDB 9 (New Model)

    1. In the Inventory Device Detail View, select the CI where you can upload the information from the CIs (Configuration Items) to the CMDB.
