    Agent Profile

    View profile

    1. To view the agent’s profile, go to the ADM Admin Console in the ADM Configuration from the main menu, select the Agent Profiles . In the information view, the list of available profiles is displayed.


    2. In the profile detail view, you can view the agent profile settings. ADM has 9 modules for the Pre-configured agent profiles with different actions for each management module.

    3. To modify the settings, select a module in the agent profile, define the required actions, and enable or disable the functionalities of each section.

    Note: - The configuration Default brings the modules disabled and to update the configuration you must Activate the required module.
    - The activation or deactivation of the modules will be taken into account by the agent in the execution of the tasks.


    Create a new profile

    4. In the agent profile information view, select New.


    5. In the profile detail view, enter a name in the respective field and by activating the check you will be able to configure the default profile.

    6. Deploy a Agent Profile Module, configure the required actions, and turn the capabilities on or off in each section.

    7. When you finish the registration click on the Save.


    Delete a profile

    8. To delete an agent profile, in the information view, select a record from the list of existing profiles and select the Eliminate to clear the associated information. A message confirming the deletion will be displayed.

    Note: - Agent profiles marked as Default cannot be deleted. If you want to delete these profiles, you must create a new one and mark it as Default.
    - Devices associated with the deleted profile will be associated with the default profile.
