    Reasons for Unsuccessful Connections

    Unsuccessful connections occur for the following reasons:

    Access denied by Status in the viewer Solution
    Group permissions Connection failed. Please verify connection and your access permissions to device group The machine to be connected must be associated with a group with per-user remote control permissions.
    License-free machine Machine is not licensed The machine to be connected must be licensed with the Remote Control permit.
    Offline Machine The machine did not respond please check if the device is online The machine to be connected must be online, a time limit will be shown to establish the connection.

    If upon verifying that the target machine is online, the connection may not be successful due to faults in the installation of MQTT Broker.
    Can’t connect Unable to Connect In case of having a Gateway, both the computer that sends the request and the one that receives the remote connection will be able to view the Gateway host through the configured port.

    In case of not having a Gateway (Red Lan), port 9125 is enabled on the destination machine.
    User does not accept connection Access rejected The user of the computer receiving the remote control may or may not allow authorization if the role permissions option is disabled Bypass Authorization. Roles and Permissions
    User did not respond in an acceptable time User logged on remote station did no respond in acceptable time If the user of the receiving computer does not accept the remote control in an acceptable time, access is denied.
