The client joins the business model as a member of a company, from which he demands the services defined for it. The location and georeferencing of the customer is an important input for the generation of work orders in an agile way, indicating to the specialist where he has to go to provide the service.
The Aranda Field Service customer, through the management of the system administrator, will be able to modify or update the service agreements agreed with the organization, offering priority and better times according to the profile configured for the customer. Services can be provided to customers with previously agreed service level agreements.
