The monitoring module in AFLS allows search and follow-up tasks (the location of the assigned services, the location and displacements) of the specialists in the field, determine the evolution and progress of the service, by consulting the reports or update of care statuses made by the field specialist.

The monitor role in AFLS has the power to manage the planning of work orders assigned to field specialists as well as to reassign work orders due to unforeseen absence of the responsible specialist and to evaluate a response action in the event of a connection problem of the specialist in charge.
