    Work Order

    It is the central axis of the Aranda Field Service management life cycle in which the characteristics of the service, the customer’s information, the specialized managers with the availability required to attend to the service, the location of the order and the resources or spare parts necessary to comply with the service agreements agreed with the customer are defined.

    A work order is a request where the information is recorded and the necessary components for the fulfillment of a service are integrated according to the customer’s requirements.

    Within the service lifecycle, the work order changes its status at each stage, depending on the workflow configuration.
