Alerts are a list of notification-type messages that are presented in the console and allow you to automatically identify in real time work orders that present new features that prevent the fulfillment of the service in the established times, facilitating timely decision-making.
It is possible to perform a detailed query to identify alerts by type and then filter the results under different criteria. In the AFLS Alerts module, you will find two options:
Provider Alerts
These are the alerts associated with a work order.

These are alerts that do not have a partner provider, e.g. surveys that are sent directly to a customer.
