In this module it is possible to record the basic information of the organization.

1. To define the basic information of the organization, go to the AFLS configuration console, in the section Configuration from the main menu, select the Basic Info. In the Detail view, you can fill in the organization information such as name, ID number, country of coverage, and location of the organization.

You can use the georeferencing map to enter the address you want to set up for your organization.

⚐ Note: The countryside Country(ies) of coverage for geocoding is mandatory and the format must be [COUNTRY INITIALS–Country name]. The country code must be set to ISO 3166-1 ALPHA 2 format, followed by a hyphen with the country name. To add more countries, separate them with a comma (,). Example: CO-Colombia, AW-Aruba, CR-Costa Rica, MX-Mexico.

2. When you finish setting up your organization information, click Save in the Detail View of the AFLS Configuration Console, to confirm the changes made.
