The search engine module allows the inventory manager to search for items within the different locations, facilitating the selection of products needed for delivery or control. You can locate, for example, a cell phone with a specific serial, the number of units of a product within a warehouse, and also observe the elements that a specialist has been assigned.
1. To view inventory items, with the Inventory Manager role, log in to the AFLS web console, in the Inventories from the main menu, select the Seeker.

2. In the Search Engine window, define a search type (General or by Serial Number).
General Search
3. If the search type is General, enter the name or SKU of the product; It allows you to find exactly where an element is located from the reference.

⚐ Note: None of the search fields are required. You can search all locations at the same time.
Serial Number
4. If the search type is by serial number, enter the product’s serial number to determine the exact whereabouts of an item from its serial number.
Route Location
5. In the Location Route field, define the respective location (headquarters, transport). The location can be a fixed location in a geographical point, or a specialist, since the latter usually has available products in their possession.

⚐ Note: Products only disappear from the locations at the time they are delivered to the customer, or are deregistered through outbound movements.
6. When you complete the search criteria, click on the To find. In the query results, you can learn if an item exists in a particular location or validate the stock quantity of a location.
