    Canceling a Work Order

    To cancel a work order, the administrator first needs to create the cancellation as a transition from the workflow so that it appears as a button when the order is in the required state, as follows:

    If reasons for cancellation have been configured, a window will appear asking for them:

    Request for Reason for Cancellation

    After confirming the cancellation of the order, the availability of the originally assigned specialist will be released and the dispatcher can assign him to a new order.
