This functionality allows you to return material from a specialist to one or more locations in the following scenarios:
- If the specialist canceled a work order and has material assigned.
- If the specialist used less material on a work order.
- If the specialist is no longer going to work with the company.
⚐ Note: When you make the transfer movements, the materials will be available in the new location for use by other orders. You can make such transfers in bulk to speed up the process.
1. To check the returned inventory items, with the role of inventory manager enter the AFLS web console, in the section Inventories from the main menu, select the Returns.

3. In the Free Inventory Return Allocation Detail view, in the search field, enter the name of a specialist and define a query criterion:
- All Free Investors: Corresponds to the inventory of canceled orders or inventory of executed orders that was not used.
- By product: Physical or technological resource used in a work order (Example: Cable, Router, modem, among others.)
- By Serial Number: The serial number of the product used in a work order.
4. When you complete the search criteria, click the To find. In the results of the query, you will be able to know if there are inventory items returned by the selected specialist or available for a new assignment.

5. Click the Select all to make a pre-selection of all products available for return or individually select the resource to be returned.
6. Click the Return Inventory to transfer the specialist’s items to the bin location defined by the inventory manager.

7. These transfer movements can be confirmed by consulting the transactions module.

⚐ Note: Inventory returns are transfer movements between a specialist and a location. Specialists are treated as a location. In this way, product transfers between locations are observed. It is not possible to create a return movement.
