Creating a Company
In this module of Aranda FIELD SERVICE AFLS the basic information of the companies to which the configured service(s) will be provided is configured.
1. To create a company, go to the AFLS configuration console, in the section Administration from the main menu, select the Companies. In the information view, select the New and in the Detail View you can define the following fields: company name, unique code or NIT, contact name, contact telephone number, contact email and address.
The status for the operation of the service will be Active.

2. In the Company Detail View in the AFLS Configuration Console, select the Services, where you can associate and activate any of the services already configured.

3. In the Company Detail View in the AFLS Configuration Console, select the Additional Fields, where you can enter the requested information in the additional fields that have been created in the configuration module. These fields are enabled to be used when configuring the company.

4. To edit a company, in the information view, select a record from the list of existing companies and in the detail view you can modify the required information.
5. To delete a company in the information view, select a record from the list of existing companies and select the Eliminate to clear the associated information. A confirmation message is displayed to validate the change made.

6. When you finish setting up your company, click Save in the Detail View of the AFLS Configuration Console, to confirm the changes made.
