    Filtering and sorting the query

    On the screen that displays the list of work orders, you can restrict the work orders displayed by using the following filters in the left pane of the screen:

    • Supplier: The vendor selector allows the Dispatcher role to query all vendors (i.e., all orders), and the Monitor role to query only the vendors it is in charge of.
    • My orders: This filter is enabled by default and shows only work orders created by the dispatcher who is currently logged in.
    • Earrings: Displays the orders that need to be handled by the dispatcher who is currently logged in.
    • Imported: Displays orders that were created from the bulk import.
    • All: Displays all orders created regardless of who created or must manage them.
    • State: displays only orders that are in the state you select.
    • Priorities- Displays only work orders that have the priority that is selected.
    • Services. Displays only work orders that are associated with the service that is filled out in the field.
    • Additional options: Displays work orders based on their scheduling or due date.

    Filter area on the finder screen

    In the field Sort by At the top of the screen, you can organize orders by the following criteria:

    • Order Number: Organizes orders in ascending order according to their ticket ID.
    • Date of appointment: Arrange orders based on the date of the work order appointment.
    • Date of creation: Organize orders according to the age of their creation date.
    • Service: Organizes orders in alphabetical order according to the name of the service.
    • Affair: Arrange orders in alphabetical order according to the subject of the order.
