    Replacement of tags in approval email

    CASES PM-28897-19-200782, PM-29822-19-200818:

    When sending notifications of a case by mail, the tags that were used corresponding to the additional fields of the case were not being replaced with the corresponding values of the field.

    Adjustment is made in the administration console (ASMSAdministrator). At the moment in which a case enters the approval status, when the approval email is sent to the users, the tags corresponding to the additional fields of the item are replaced by the values that the field may have, this without taking into account the translations that the values of the additional field may have, if the additional field is empty then the tag corresponding to that field will be replaced by a space in white.
