In the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), when saving a case that generates approval process and has notifications sent by Teams configured, an error was generated if the Teams notification URL was not configured in the Admin console (ASMSAdministrator).

Adjustment is made in the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist), now when a case enters the approval process and does not have the URL configured for sending Teams notifications in the admin console (ASMSAdministrator), the case does not save the new state and the approval process emails are not generated and the case is not blocked, presenting the following message in the console:
