In the client console (ASMSCustomer), when creating a case in a project and case type where the default record type was not configured, an inappropriate value was associated with it.

A setting was made in the client console (ASMSCustomer), now when a case is created from the client console and the predefined record type is not configured, the case is created without an associated record type.
