    Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, cases created from a scheduled action set to ASMS Administrator presented differences in the mapped data in relation to those defined in the template.

    A setting is implemented to ensure when creating a case from a scheduled action, that the data is mapped according to the configuration established in the template, avoiding inconsistencies in the information.
