The case search process has been optimized to improve resource consumption when querying for any option (Case/Issue, Case Number or Multiple cases).
Previously, searches were conducted on all open and closed cases, resulting in high resource consumption.
Queries now consider the selected filter: open, closed, or all. When you search, a box with the corresponding information will be displayed.

When a search is active and you switch between the Status or Filter options, the search is automatically updated based on the new criteria selected.
