    Filter Specialist Groups

    CASE CHG-39110-19-301087:

    Group filter is included in the view “From my groups” in specialist console (ASMSSpecialist). Now users have the Ability to apply filters according to assigned specialist groups.

    Please note:

    • Up to a maximum of 100 specialist groups will be displayed in the list.
    • The user will only be able to select a maximum of 25 groups of specialists.
