An inconsistency was identified in the user console (ASMSCustomer), when creating cases anonymously, attachments were incorrectly associated with cases that did not correspond.

Fixed inconsistency in the user console (ASMSCustomer). Attachments are now correctly assigned to the corresponding case when creating cases anonymously.

Behaviors to be taken into account after adjustment:

1. If there are rules configured that evaluate the presence of general attachments in the case, when creating a case from the user site (ASMSCustomer), The rule will be evaluated and executed for each file that is added during case creation.

2. If during the creation of the case with attachments there is an error in the request that adds the general files, the following message is displayed:
