Previously, when sending mail grouped by rule with the registration date tag to the specialist group, the tag was replaced with the time zone of the server.

An adjustment was made to the sending of mail grouped by rule. Now, when sending the grouped email to different specialists, the list of the total number of specialists is divided by the different cultures and the time zone assigned to the first specialist of the culture is taken as the time zone. In case of not having a time zone configured, the tag is replaced according to UTC and at the end of the date the text is added (UTC).
