Implemented a setting in the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), which allows the user to upload attachments with the same name, creating a consecutive file of the file, allowing the new document to be attached without problems.

⚐ Note: If in the case attachments there is already a consecutive with the same name as the file to be uploaded, the console will resume the consecutive with that file.
