There was a problem of duplication of cases in the “Case Creator” when two configurations pointed to the same email account, and there were also exclusion filters Configured.

Inconsistency related to duplication of cases generated by the “Case Creator” has been fixed. From now on, cases will be generated appropriately without presenting duplicity.
