Previously, in the rules module for CIs, when executing a rule that had as a condition the evaluation of an additional field and as an action the modification of the CI (either updating or inserting a value in another additional field), the rule could be executed multiple times repeatedly, generating inconsistent results.

Implemented a setting that fixes rule execution on CIs that evaluate and modify additional fields, ensuring that the rule is executed only once according to the configured logic.
