Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, when you edit a case and save, the asterisk that marked the case as pending for changes to save was still visible in the list of open cases.

The adjustment is implemented in the list of open cases, now when saving the edit of a case the asterisk is hidden in the list of open cases.
