An adjustment was implemented in the administration site (ASMSAdministrator) and in the CMDB to visualize the relationship between cases and IQ. Previously, when a CI was associated with a case from the customer information section (primary CI), this relationship was not visible when accessing the CI from the CMDB or the management site. With this update, the relationship is now visible on both sites.

The associated cases are identified with the “Main case” and are displayed at the top of the relationship list. In addition, these cases remain visible regardless of the filters that are applied, which facilitates their quick and direct location.
