Previously, on the consoles of ASMSAdministrator and ASMSSpecialist , when you set up additional dependent fields, in the Service Desk and CMDB, an error was generated when trying to change the state if the parent field was not required, but the child dependent field was. This prevented the change of status of the case.

An adjustment has been made and when setting up additional dependent fields, the dependent field will not be evaluated as mandatory if the parent field has not been selected.
