    Category display without operating model failed

    CASE PM-64553-19-201775:

    Previously, in the ASSIST ME, when searching for a category without an operating model from the wizard chatbot in the session of My Portal, the wizard included the category with no operating model in the response. However, when selecting the category and trying to create a case, it was not possible as the option to select the case type was not visible.

    A setting has been implemented that corrects this behavior. Now, when searching for a category from the chatbot, only categories with an associated operating model will be displayed, avoiding errors when creating a case.

    Note: Tuning is implemented at the Database. The corresponding script is attached to the case.
