Previously, creating a case from ASMS generated the creation date in UTC-5, when the client’s time zone setting was in (UTC-06:00) Central America.

A setting was made in the client console (ASMSCustomer), when creating a case with the customer’s time zone setting to UTC-6 CST, the console will respect this information and perform the conversion, as well as the creation date field, in the sending of the emails.
