A new filter is implemented in the user console (ASMSCustomer), called “Group Supervisor”, this filter will be available exclusively to users (specialists) who are responsible for Customer Groups. By applying this filter, you will be able to view the cases of all users associated with the customer group for which the user is responsible. Please note:
- The specialist responsible for the client group must be associated as a client to access the user console.
- When accessing the list of cases, the filter will be enabled by default.
- Only client groups that are in an active state will be considered.

Additionally, in the FSC calendar, the option “Show changes group supervisor” is included. By activating this filter, all changes of all users associated with the client group where the user is responsible will be displayed.
