Previously, when filling in the required fields of a case, an alert was displayed requesting to complete the fields again, but allowing the case to be saved.

Made an adjustment to the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), now when filling in the required fields and saving the case, an alert confirming the creation or editing of the case will be displayed.
